Delivery policy

Cash on delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. We do not charge an extra COD / cash-handling fee.

Delivery charges by zone: Dhaka City ৳70; Dhaka suburban ৳100; outside Dhaka ৳120.

Weight: the first 1 kg is included in the zone rate. After that, add ৳20 per extra kg (rounded up).

Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 days after we hand your parcel to the courier.

Outside Dhaka: usually 3–7 days after courier handoff.

Courier handoff: after packing we give the parcel to a courier partner. Tracking updates start when they accept the shipment.

Remote, island, or hard-to-reach areas may take longer, need a confirmation call, or occasionally be limited.

Weather, traffic, strikes, or festival peaks can add 1–2 days.

Prepare exact cash for the amount due on delivery (see tracking for cash to prepare if an advance was paid). Couriers may not always have change.

You will see the delivery charge and estimated cash to prepare on cart and checkout — before you place the order. The final charge uses your district and area.
