Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — pay when the order arrives across Bangladesh. We do not add a COD fee.
How much is delivery?
Dhaka City ৳70, Dhaka suburban ৳100, outside Dhaka ৳120. After the first 1 kg, add ৳20 per extra kg. Free delivery may still apply from promotions.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 days inside Dhaka after courier handoff; 3–7 days elsewhere. Remote areas may take longer.
How much cash should I prepare?
Prepare the cash-to-prepare amount on your tracking page (order total minus any advance we recorded). Exact cash is preferred.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link from your confirmation page, or open Track Order in the header and look up with your order number plus checkout phone.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible before the order ships. Once handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
