Information we collect
- Name, phone number, delivery address, district, area, and order notes.
- Products ordered, prices, discounts, payment status, delivery status, cancellations, returns, and support history.
- Website and device information such as IP address, browser, session identifiers, referring page, and interaction events.
- Advertising information such as campaign parameters, Meta click/browser identifiers, and the ad that led to an order.
How we use it
- Process, confirm, deliver, track, cancel, and support COD orders.
- Send transactional updates such as order confirmation, tracking, cancellation, and review messages.
- Prevent duplicate orders, abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Understand storefront performance and measure which advertising produces genuine orders.
- Maintain business, accounting, operational, and legal records.
Who receives information
We share only what is reasonably needed with providers that help run the store—for example courier partners, SMS or communication providers, hosting and security services, and analytics or advertising platforms. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect customers and the business.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
Analytics and advertising
We may use tools such as Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and PostHog. These tools can receive page or purchase events, campaign information, device information, and limited identifiers. Sampled PostHog session replay may record how pages are used to help us find usability problems; form inputs are masked, request and response bodies are not recorded, and PostHog is not loaded on private order or tracking pages. Where required, identifiers sent for advertising matching are normalized and hashed before transmission. These services process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The storefront uses browser storage and similar technologies for essential functions such as cart, session, security, attribution, and measurement. Blocking some storage may affect shopping or tracking features.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, security, and applicable legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it where practical. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access or correct your information, request deletion where appropriate, or ask questions about advertising and marketing use. We may retain information that is necessary for completed orders, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance.
